Payment & Delivery

Payment:

• COD (Cash On Delivery) basis.
• 50% deposit upfront and balance upon / prior to delivery.
• Payment by cheque, direct transfer or cash is acceptable.

Delivery:

• Delivery is 7 to 12 working days excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays, upon confirmation of order and signed Purchase Order.
• If a delivery requires more time especially over long holiday seasons such as CNY, Hari Raya and year-end festivities, customers will be informed in advance.
