Steps:

1. Choose the correct Software ie. 32-bit or 64-bit depending on your processor.
2. Download the right Hodoo Driver using Administrator option. Do the same for Phoenix program.

Note:

If you have an existing Hodoo driver and Phoenix Progam installed in your PC, please:

1. Delete the Hodoo driver and Phoenix program completely from your PC.
2. Restart the PC.

 Choose the software below:

• Card Issuing Program(Phoenix) for 64bits OS
• Card Issuing Program(Phoenix) for 32bits OS
• HODOO SIP-30(Class) Printer Driver Windows XP 64bits
• HODOO SIP-30(Class) Printer Driver Windows 7 64bits
• HODOO SIP-30(Class) Printer Driver Windows 7 / XP 32bits
